Keeping Records

For those who keep animals or have pets you should keep records. Your records should contain when they recieved their shots ,any medical situation, if its a female when they come in heat if not in a altered state, if altered when was it done, and any meds. if you want you can also keep track of what, how much and if you changed their feed. All of this will come in hand if you have to take the animal to the vet you can give dates and times on what, when, and how the animal reacted and if any improvements came about. keeping records will also let you see trends in your animal and give you a guide on how to take better care of that animal when time comes. Do you keep records and what kind of records do you keep?
