I found a hole in my kittens chest and when i checked it out there was a worm there. I removed it with tweezers and cleaned the area. Does anyone know what this could possibly be???

I sure don't, but I'd get him to a vet. asap.  He could have some sort of parasite.  Additionally, it sounds like he could be at risk for an infection.

I think it might be ring worm.Ring worm isn't actually a worm, it's a fungus, like athlete's foot. It is very contagious to humans and other animals as well. The only way to get your cat better is to have her checked out real soon. It's not life threatening.

What she described does not sound like ringworm.
