Need help on a puppy that mom is not feeding

My sister gave me a puppy that is 3wks old and his mother is not feeding him. He is the only survivor and I don't know if he got the first milk from his mother that he needed. She gave me  a mix of carnation milk w/ egg and water added. His poop is runny but he is eating good and sleeping good. Is his poop supposed to be that way and am I feeding him the right thing? And is there anything else I need to do for him being that he is so young?

I would not be giving a puppy raw eggs.  They cannot process them, nor the bacteria that may inhabit said eggs.    We have puppies at that age, that, can eat puppy chow.  We soak it soften it add puppy canned food to it.

A vet should run a stool sample to make sure that he does not have any intestinal parasites. That could be the cause of his runny stool.
