How often do your pets take a bath?

and

Will you bring them to the pet shop to have bathing service or you do it by yourselves?

I have three dogs and I hardly ever bathe two of them. The other one is a maltese and to my frustration he gets matted very easily. So, I have to have him professionally groomed about once every month or every other month. I have not (and probably never will) give my cat a bath.

The only time I give my dogs a bath is when they are getting stinky from being outside and rolling around.  I have 4 dogs and one of them does require professional grooming..so she goes in about every 6 weeks to be bathed.  Same as redfire, I have never bathed my cats and don't plan to.

About once a month.  I prefer to bathe them myself since it is cheaper and I know that I will treat them right.  I have seen dogs at a vet standing there shaking after their bath and this has turned me off from taking my pets anywhere.
